Lunch at the Daintree Tea House, a swim at nearby Emmagen Creek, a walk on Marrdja Boardwalk, a stop for ice cream and a look-in at Mount Alexandra Lookout to take in the views are all on the itinerary for the day.
On the way home, there’s a Daintree River wildlife spotting cruise to round out a top day in the tropics, before farewelling Nick like an old friend.
